Information

If you are having problems filling in the form then please follow these instructions carefully...

  • You need to enter all the fields.
  • You have to select a valid person or contact. Don't select a line which contains dashes.
  • Your email address must be valid and the same in the both email fields.
  • The maximum subject length is 100 characters.
  • The maximum message length is 500 characters. The number by the side of this field tells you how many characters you have left. However, this number may not appear in your browser.
  • If you make a error entering a field, then a warning should appear.
  • On some web browsers the fields may change colour to indicate a correct entry (light grey), a problem (beige tint) or the current field (medium grey) but this may not happen for you.
  • When all fields are correctly entered you will be able to press the 'Submit' button and send the message to us.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot validate everything as you type and so after you have submitted your message additional validation takes place. This may throw up extra errors. If there are any, they will appear above the form in a beige bordered error box. Simply correct the error(s) indicated in that box and re-submit the form.
