    • All content on Neil Duffin Photography is protected by copyright (registered and unregistered) this includes but is not limited to, HTML code, CSS layout, JavaScript, code, graphics, Flash animations, applications, server code, images, textural content, design and layout. You may not use, copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, sell on, publish, download, disassemble, recompile, license, transmit, adapt, alter, make derivative work from, rent or make available to the public in any way or otherwise use any element of the site without explicit written permission from the copyright owner.
    • Nothing in these terms constitutes a transference of third party copyright, license or rights to the owners of Neil Duffin Photography. All third party logos, copyrights, licenses and rights are the property of their respective owners.

    Booking

    • Sending a booking enquiry does not constitute a binding contract between you and Neil Duffin Photography and any dates expressed within such a booking enquiry do not constitute a binding agreement to provide services of any kind on that or any other date.
    • Prior to a booking confirmation, Neil Duffin Photography reserves the right not to respond to booking or appointment requests or provide services of any kind. This will normally be due to time constraints but we reserve the right to not give a reason for our decisions.
    • No contract shall exist between you and Neil Duffin Photography until all steps of the booking process have been concluded and your booking is confirmed in writing by us. Such confirmation will include our standard booking terms & conditions which, together with our letter shall form the basis of the contract between you and Neil Duffin Photography. Once this confirmation has been received, services will be provided on the date(s) and time(s) stated in the terms & conditions of the written contract and confirmation letter.
    • Should you not agree with what is stated in your confirmation letter or contract then you may cancel a confirmed booking within 7 days of receipt of your confirmation letter and, except where stated below, receive a full refund. Cancellation must be in writing, signed by all clients who signed the contract and post marked within the above stated 7 day period.
    • If your cancellation request is within 14 days of the date on which the contracted service is to be provided, then the written cancellation, as stated above, must be received by Neil Duffin Photography at least 2 full days (48 hours) prior to date and time on which the contracted service was to be provided or the deposit will in all cases be forfeit. For terms and conditions relating to making changes to or cancellation of your contract with Neil Duffin Photography outside of the above stated periods, please see the terms and conditions of your written contract.

    Privacy

    • Neil Duffin Photography endeavours to keep your private information confidential at all times. Neil Duffin Photography does not sell to or supply any third party with any personal information.
    • Access to pages on Neil Duffin Photography is logged. Neil Duffin Photography reserve the right to use this logging information as a monitoring and sales tool for Neil Duffin Photography. The information will not be supplied to or sold to any third party but we reserve the right to disclose statistics based on these logs for sales purposes. Such statistics will not identify any individuals or organisations by name without their explicit prior written consent.
    • Persons of 16 years of age or under must have the permission of a parent or guardian before sending comments or other content to Neil Duffin Photography. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide Neil Duffin Photography with any personal information.
    • Warning - do not include any personal address or banking information in comments and never send banking information via emails, these systems are not secure and the information may be intercepted by third parties. Neil Duffin Photography cannot be held responsible in any way for any information which enters third party hands or the public domain as a result of ignoring this warning.

    • Failure of Neil Duffin Photography's owners to exercise or enforce any rights does not waive Neil Duffin Photography's owners right to enforce them at a later date.
