Why do you use PayPal for your payment service?

We use PayPal as they provide a highly secure and easy method of payment. The service keeps your banking information hidden and this protect our customers, as well as us. PayPal is straightforward to use and is accepted at thousands of other sites around the Web for easy, secure payment.

Why do you require 'confirmed addresses' with PayPal?

The reason for 'confirmed addresses' is to provide an additional layer of protection to you and ourselves from payment irregularities. The use of 'confirmed addresses' ensures that the owner of the payment source is being sent the items and not a 3rd party.

What if I don't want to or cannot use PayPal with confirmed addresses?

If you do not wish to or unable to use PayPal with our limitations, then we are happy to offer alternative methods. However, our current on-line system cannot do this and you will need to contact us.

Why can't I use an eCheck, bank transfer, giropay with PayPal or another payment service such as Google Checkout?

These services are not offered due to limitations in our payment system. We hope to extend the system in the future to include eChecks, giropay, bank transfers and Google Checkout but no date for such improvements has yet been set. If you wish to pay by another means please contact us.
